Watch this first: Why I do this work

Meet Zach
A real person here to help you make sense of Medicare.

Hi, I’m Zach — an Independent Broker and Licensed Insurance Agent focused on Medicare. My job is to help you get the right Medicare plan — without the stress.I got into Medicare because my mom is permanently disabled, and it was nearly impossible to find good help.Watching her navigate the system — confused, overwhelmed, and unsupported — made me realize how broken the experience was for people who truly needed care.I spent hours trying to help her figure it out, and in the process, I learned just how important it is to have someone who genuinely cares on your side. That’s why I do what I do now — to help people like my mom (and maybe even your family) find clarity and peace of mind when it matters most.

What exactly is Medicare and what does it cover?
Medicare is health insurance for people 65+, and some under 65 with certain disabilities.

Part A covers hospital stays
Part B covers doctor visits and tests
Part C (Medicare Advantage) combines A + B (and often D) with extra benefits
Part D covers prescriptions

When do I need to sign up?
You're first eligible around your 65th birthday.

Your Initial Enrollment Period lasts 7 months:
– 3 months before
– Your birth month
– 3 months after

Miss the window and you may face lifelong penalties.

Book now or learn how to enroll.
What if I’m still working or have group coverage?
You may be able to delay Parts B and D with no penalty if your current employer coverage is “creditable.”

This depends on your employer’s plan and size. Let’s make sure you’re covered and avoid penalties.

Review your situation with me
Do I need both Part A and Part B?
In most cases, yes — especially if you're enrolling in:
– Medicare Advantage (Part C)
– Medicare Supplement (Medigap)

Part A is usually free if you’ve worked and contributed for 10 years or more (40 credits)
Part B costs $185/month in 2025

Let’s talk through it
What is Medicare Advantage (Part C)?
Medicare Advantage (Part C) is a private plan that replaces Original Medicare (Parts A & B) and usually includes:

– Drug coverage (Part D)
– Dental, vision, hearing
– Wellness perks or OTC cards
– Lower monthly premiums (with some copays)

Most of the people I help choose Advantage plans.

How much does Medicare cost?
Part A: $0/month if you worked 10+ years (40 quarters); otherwise, there’s a premium
Part B: $185/month in 2025 (may vary based on income)
Part C/D: Costs vary by plan and zip code

Everyone’s situation is different. I can help estimate what you’ll actually pay.

Will I pay a penalty if I delay?
Yes — if you don’t enroll on time and don’t have creditable coverage:

Part B: 10% for each year you delay
Part D: Monthly penalty that grows the longer you wait

Let’s avoid that.

Do I need to talk to an agent, or can I do it myself?
You can enroll on your own — or I can walk you through it for free.

I’m paid by the insurance companies, and all plans pay the same — so my advice stays neutral and honest.

Book a call or browse plans on your own — I’ll be here if you need help.
